Limitation of Liability: You acknowledge that we will not accept any liability for losses arising from technical or operational failures due to circumstances beyond our control such as but limited to third-party equipment failure, network downtime, cyber-attacks etc.
Termination and Cancellation: We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time without prior notice. You also agree that we may cancel any transaction(s) if it appears you have engaged in gaming activities on our site with someone else's card or financial instrument.
Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference, and all players must consent thereto.
Miscellaneous: These terms shall be binding upon both parties for the duration of their relationship, as well as any related successors to such agreement. Failure to enforce this document will not constitute a waiver or abandonment thereof.
